"Habitat Philippines officially launches its Dream Builder donation program"

MANILA, PHILIPPINES Habitat for Humanity Philippines officially launched its Dream Builder campaign which is the organization’s monthly-giving program. This wonderful occasion was held at The 26th Street Bistro by The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.

The Dream Builder program aspires to create sustainable communities by providing affordable and decent homes to live. It is called the "Dream Builder" program because it is the dream of every Filipino family to have a decent and safe home, and Habitat for Humanity strives to make these dreams come true through the support of their donors.

The program provides donors with the opportunity to donate monthly gifts of P300, P450, to P600 or more. In building homes and lives, it is true that a little can go a very long way. Through these small donations, families will finally have decent and safe shelter. They will be protected from calamities, and will be given the chance to rebuild their lives. They will be able to live healthy, sustainable lives in an empowered community. The stuff dreams are truly made of.

During the launch, attendees were treated to a series of heartfelt stories from Habitat home partners, a special song and dance number from the Bistekville 4 youth and a house building game which was done by group.

The launch was attended by various corporate partners such as Expert Global Solution (EGS), Integreon, Got It All Marketing, Las Pinas Chamber of Commerce Inc. (LPCCI), Lamudi and MyProperty. Joining the launch were Habitat home owners from Bistekville 4, Quezon City and Habitat’s Online Champion Bloggers.

Habitat for Humanity Dream Builder sign-up booths will also be present at several branches of The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf® during the following dates. Individuals who pledge a minimum amount of P300 monthly will not only receive their choice of coffee or tea for free, but also receive a Dream Builders Lifestyle Card and their own polaroid photo which will be placed in the Dream Builders Wall in the stores.
